There Are Many Ways to Give a Gift to Fishburne Military School

Please see the list below to determine which way best supports your needs.

Gifts to Fishburne are recognized in the fiscal year during which they are received. Please note that Fishburne’s fiscal year begins on June 1st and ends on May 31st. Only gifts made during this time period will be counted toward your household’s contribution to Fishburne. All gifts made to Fishburne are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Every year on Professor Fishburne’s birthday, Fishburne Military School hosts Giving Day, an online giving initiative aimed at enhancing the Fishburne Experience. This year’s event was a remarkable success, with 80 donors generously contributing over $70,000!

The overwhelming support received during Giving Day 2025 not only showcases the strength of our community but also serves as a testament to the shared belief in the importance of investing in our cadets’ futures. As we look ahead to 2026, we eagerly anticipate growing this incredible effort and fostering an even stronger culture of philanthropy at Fishburne Military School.

  • Give Monthly

    Spread your gifts over a period of time using your credit or debit card. Gifts can be automatically charged. Make your gift online at HERE and choose the “recurring” option.

    Click on Make A Gift to make an online gift.

  • Give to the Brick Paver Project

    The Board of Trustees of the Fishburne-Hudgins Educational Foundation, Inc., and Fishburne Military School invites all Alumni, current and past Faculty, Staff, and Friends of Fishburne to join us in sustaining the Legacy of Fishburne while memorizing those who have made the school what it is today. You’re welcome to purchase an engraved Brick Paver to be placed in the walkways of the Quadrangle.

    Purpose – To create a place to honor those past, present, and future who supported the Legacy of Fishburne as Alumni, Trustees, Past and Present Parents/Grandparents, Faculty, Staff, and Friends of Fishburne.

    If you’d prefer to support Fishburne by mailing in your gift, please make any check payable to Fishburne Military School and use the memo section of your check to specify any special instructions. You can print and use the Make A Gift Form and return it with your gift to:

  • Give a Gift of Securities

    Gifts of appreciated securities are a great way to transmit assets to Fishburne as charitable contributions. For stocks held in brokerage accounts, your broker can assist you in making a gift of stock via a direct transfer to Fishburne Military School.

    Giving a gift of publicly traded stock which has increased in value and has been owned for more than one year may provide better tax benefits than giving cash. If you would like to make a gift of appreciated stock, please contact us at (540) 946-7700 x183 or advancement@fishburne.org.

Fishburne Military School has earned the US Army’s highest level of accreditation and maintained its designation as a JROTC Honor Unit With Distinction for over 40 years. We may also nominate qualified candidates to the United States Service Academies and host one of only four Summer JROTC programs in the nation, accredited by US Army Cadet Command.
