From our faculty to our staff, it takes a special person to be part of Fishburne. Everyone who works here has a gift for understanding and elevating our cadets through the structure of a military style education.
Our teachers are students of more than their field of study. They’re students of human nature, working hard to uncover the truth about each student. That’s why every cadet leaves here with a deeper understanding of himself—because his teachers have helped them see themselves in new and exciting ways. Likewise, our deeply caring staff are fully committed to Fishburne’s mission of military style education supporting what’s great in boys in every way possible, from subtle encouragement to creating the perfect environment for each cadet to thrive.

Our Mission
To innovate and create the military school for the twenty first century. One that redefines what it means to graduate young men with the skills to move forward wherever their lives take them with CHARACTER \ KINSHIP \ AGENCY.
Fishburne Military School has earned the US Army’s highest level of accreditation and maintained its designation as a JROTC Honor Unit With Distinction for over 40 years. We may also nominate qualified candidates to the United States Service Academies and host one of only four Summer JROTC programs in the nation, accredited by US Army Cadet Command.
