Sonneborn Hall is maintained and operated by Marquis Services Inc., a small, family-owned company. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible and Marquis strives to keep the menu fresh, fun, and nutritious.

Special events such as Chinese New Year, Fourth of July picnics, Awards Ceremony steak dinners, Thanksgiving and Christmas themed dinners, and more are celebrated festively.

  • Breakfast Menu

    • Cold Cereal: granola (3 types), Frosted Flakes, Cherrios, Sugar Pops, Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks
    • Hot Cereal: one each morning such as oatmeal, cream of wheat, grits
    • Fresh Whole Fruit
    • Fresh Cut Fruit
    • Yogurt: strawberry, blueberry, vanilla, cottage cheese
    • Assorted breads and bagels: choices of butter, cream cheese, grape jelly, strawberry jam, apple butter, peanut butter, Nutella.
  • Lunch Menu

    • Choice of two Hot Entrées: each meal will have a vegetable, protein, and starch
    • Soup of the Day: chicken noodle, potato, vegetable, chili, lentil
    • Fresh Whole Fruit
    • Rotating Side Dishes: broccoli salad, cole slaw, chicken salad, pasta salads, spinich and strawberries
    • Salad Bar

  • Dinner Menu

    For lunch, cadets can also visit our made-to-order deli bar and select from assorted breads and wraps with turkey, ham, beef, hummus, egg salad, pimento cheese, provolone, Swiss, American, pepper jack, and American white; with lettuce tomato, onion, dressings and pickles to choose from.

Fishburne Military School has earned the US Army’s highest level of accreditation and maintained its designation as a JROTC Honor Unit With Distinction for over 40 years. We may also nominate qualified candidates to the United States Service Academies and host one of only four Summer JROTC programs in the nation, accredited by US Army Cadet Command.
