Warren Coughlin is a seasoned Private Wealth Advisor with over 18 years of experience in wealth management, specializing in complex pre-IPO planning for founders and executives of privately held companies. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Warren brings deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to help clients navigate liquidity events, equity compensation, and long-term wealth preservation.
Recognized by Forbes Best In State Wealth Advisor (#115) and Top Next Gen Wealth Advisor Best-In-State (#10) in CA Southern CA in 2025. Warren is known for his ability to simplify complexity and deliver highly customized financial strategies that align with each client’s unique goals.
He serves as a Board of Directors observer for The Jewish Federation of Los Angeles and a Board of Trustee member for FMS/Hobby Hudgins Educational Foundation. He enjoys running, hiking and surfing in Los Angeles, where he lives with his wife and young son Levi.

Fishburne Military School has earned the US Army’s highest level of accreditation and maintained its designation as a JROTC Honor Unit With Distinction for over 40 years. We may also nominate qualified candidates to the United States Service Academies and host one of only four Summer JROTC programs in the nation, accredited by US Army Cadet Command.
