How to Apply
1. Download the Fishburne Application for Admission (or submit via email) and the Student Release of
Records Packet. The Application is used for both Fall, Spring,
and Summer. The Release of Records Packet consists of seven
pages including a Cover Sheet and three Confidential Questionnaires concerning
academics, discipline, and athletics.

2. Sign the Cover Sheet and deliver the Student Release of Records Packet to the Guidance Department at the applicant’s current school.
3. Call the Admissions Director at FMS to let him know that you have delivered the packet and provide the name and phone number of the person at the applicant’s school with whom you left the packet.
4. Collect the completed Student Release of Records Packet from the applicant’s current school in a sealed envelope. Make sure the school has provided current Transcripts, Immunization Records, Discipline Report (if applicable), IEP-504 (if applicable) and the completed Confidential Questionaires.
5. Mail the completed Student Release of Records Packet with the Application for Admission and the $50.00 application fee. Applications will not normally be processed until all forms are received by Fishburne Military School.

6. Coordinate with the Admissions Department at (800) 946-7773 to visit Fishburne and
conduct interviews with the Admissions Committee.
7. Students may be conditionally accepted before Fishburne Military School reviews all of
the above; however, no cadet may begin his education at FMS until all of the forms and supporting documents have been received, evaluated, and a final decision is made by Fishburne.
8. The Admissions Committee will make a recommendation to the Superintendent of
Fishburne Military School, who will make the final decision regarding acceptance.
